Anyone else have a hard time resting?

Thursday is supposed to be my day off and I'm already dreading it because I have no clue what to do with rest. I have such a hard time just resting because I always feel bad for not doing anything which often leads to me doing plenty of things which defeats the whole purpose of resting from things.

Maybe I just don't know what it means to rest.

I mean, is rest not doing a lot of 'other things' so you can do 'some things' or is rest just laying on my couch eating kettle corn while watching reruns of Mat-lock all day in my PJ's?

Ok fine, I don't watch Mat-lock. Just trying to relate to the lovely senior citizens of our blog community :) and stomp the youngins who are saying to themselves, "what is this 'Mat' and a 'lock' that Sammy speaks of"?

I kid. I kid. But I do wanna know what you think. Is there a healthy way to 'rest' without feeling guilty?

I know I need rest. I just don't know 'how to' rest.

I'd really love to hear your input on this one guys cause I'm tired and I could really use some rest from trying to figure out how to rest.

Wow. That sounded a lot better in my head. I need to rest from trying to figure out how to rest? What a drag! Seriously, you guys need to help a brother out.

What does rest mean to you? Also, how or what do you do to rest?
